Please note that due to the school using the sports hall for exams, our next Wednesday session will be on 17 July 2013.

Between now and then, we will be playing on Fridays 7.30 - 10pm, at Central YMCA by Tottenham Court Road.

Due to the redevelopment of Kensington Leisure Centre, Tuesday badminton has now moved to Wednesdays.

We will be playing every Wednesday from 7 to 10pm at St George's RC School, Maida Vale, London W9 1RB. Underground: Maida Vale (Bakerloo line), buses 16, 98, 332. Map

Entrance is via a black gate, approx. 50 yards to the right of the main school reception. Follow the corridor to the right to get to the sports hall; changing rooms are on the left just before the hall.

There are three courts available and the club provides feather shuttlecocks.

Our players are intermediate (B-) and above. If you are not B- standard or above, please join our Thursday session. If you are not sure about your level, please see our guide.

New members, both men and women, are welcome at this session, with no need to book in advance.

Fees & membership

Membership, which includes membership of Badminton England, costs £20 per year. Members pay £7 and guests pay £9 per session.

The evening is usually followed by social gathering in a nearby pub.

Periodically we have meal and pub nights out, and the occasional theatre trip.
